The Town is great, and has two Fortresses: It stands upon the Road from Labor to Samarcand. The other Towns are Ghidel and Passaur, which are all Towns of great Commerce for Musk, Silks, Rhubarb, and other Merchandizes that are brought from Cathai. The Tartars sell 60000 Horses here every Year.
